Clemco Denmark develops micro coating cabinet

Our new micro coating cabinet is designed to perform an extremely accurate application of coating substrate on dedicated electronic or mechanical components which require a high accuracy in the layer thickness of the applied coating substrate.

The painting process is regulated by a control unit that can adjust the speed of the spray gun as well as the amount of coating substrate to be applied. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and is marked according to the ATEX Directive for safe use with solvent based coating substrates.

Ideal for serial production, as the solution provides the same accurate quality on every cycle. CE approved.
